Where do we go when we’re enraptured by a novel? When our heartbeat slows while on a long and slow run in nature? When we close our eyes to focus on the sweet sound of the violin in an orchestra?

Does our soul somehow find its way into another plane when our brainwaves drop into theta and we’re doing something that brings us into the flow state?

I’ve manifested my greatest joys while going on runs and while making brushstrokes on an empty canvas.
